COURT ST. ROSE 1100 will be having a regular CDA meeting on Monday, October 12 at 6:30 PM in St. Dominic’s Parish Hall. Theresa Allen and Lynn Ryan are on committee that evening. The agenda includes finalizing a proposed budget and the calendar of events for our fiscal year so please plan on attending. BLOOD DRIVE – A blood drive will be held at Grace Congregational Church, 8 Court St., Rutland on Tuesday, October 13 from noon until 6:00 PM.

 

CROP WALK FOR HUNGER will be held on Sunday, October 18^th. Registration is at 1:00 PM and the walk begins at 1:30 PM starting a Grace Congregational Church for 1 and 5 mile routes. The Crop Walk, sponsored by Church World United, is a community based, interfaith and all ages walking together to take a stand against world hunger. 25% of the monies collected in pledges by the walkers is given to the Rutland Community Cupboard.
