On Monday, April 28, Bishop Matano will be celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation for St. Peter and St. Dominic and seven other parishes of the Rutland area at 7:00 PM at Saint Peter.
Our parish communities are most grateful to Nichole Peterson and the other teachers in the Confirmation program for their excellent and dedicated ministry to our young people.
Next Sunday, May 4, we will celebrate First Holy Communion at the 11 AM Mass at St. Peter.
CHURCH WOMEN UNITED presents May Friendship Day on May 2, 2008 at Rutland Trinity Church at Noon. Pot luck luncheon and desserts will be served. For reservations, please call Pat Tucker at 773-7356.

SAINT DOMINIC PARISH COUNCTIL ELECTIONS
St. Dominic parish will be holding elections for the Parish Council for three positions on the council on Sunday, June 15. The Parish Council is an advisory board which works together with Fr. Ted to promote the spiritual welfare of all persons within our parish and community. Your service on the Parish Council is a wonderful way to serve the St. Dominic Parish community. The terms on the council are for three years. If any parishioner is interested in serving on our Parish Council, please contact Fr. Ted at 775-1994 as soon as possible.
